FF SF Golf Outing

Dear FF Bros, Sisters and Guests,

This pandemic has eliminated almost all forms of recreation. But we DO have golf! So we’re planning a casual fun golf outing at Bro Tom Hsieh, Jr.'s historic, fun and challenging San Francisco Gleneagles Golf Course at McLaren Park (http://www.gleneaglesgolfsf.com). This rugged nine-hole course is one of the nation's top nine-hole courses and is San Francisco's greatest test of golf: Narrow fairways, lined with difficult-to-impossible rough, severely sloping fairways causing to you think you must have wandered into the Matrix, followed by the inevitable challenge of tiny, firm and undulating greens. Survive this round, and you'll certainly have stories to be told! For us, you don't have to be good, but you do have to have guts and be willing to laugh at yourself (and, as unfraternal as it may be, laugh at each other).

We've reserved tee times starting at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 7th. Our Lodge is providing a special $25 greens fee.

carts if available. Hand carts can be reserved for an additional $10. Electric carts are provided if available only on a first-come, first-serve basis for $14, and cart path-only.

Register no later than November 2 to be guaranteed a spot! If you register later, we'll try to accommodate you if there's still space, or else refund you.

Guests are welcome, but must be invited and accompanied by an FF Brother or Sister.

And we are pleased to report that post-round drinks WILL be sold at the course, with social distancing and face masks worn when not drinking. So if you can't join us for golf, join us for drinks!
